Frequently Asked Questions

The following paragraphs represent our answers to the most commonly asked questions we get. For a complete listing of rules and regulations, click here.

We aren’t super-models, does that matter?

Not at all. This is one of the greatest misconceptions of newcomers. Lifestyle members are just people like you. People that have faults just like you. Naturally you will not be attracted to everyone, nor will everyone be attracted you, that’s nature and life. Besides, chemistry is far more important than physical attributes, and chemistry is far more than physical in nature.

What are Club Sinz people like?

There is no stereotypical lifestyle member. Members are from all walks of life, just like the people you work with, your neighbors, etc. Members in general are well-educated, worldly, interesting people that vary in occupation from independent business owners to professionals and blue collar workers. The notion that lifestyle members are ‘fringe’ members of general society is completely untrue.

We have heard about ‘house’ parties, is that what Club Sinz is?

Club Sinz is not a ‘house party’ our location is a legitimate place of business, under a valid liquor license. We will also take this time to clear up a few other terms like on-premise and off-premise. On-Premise clubs and parties allow nudity and sexual activity at the location of the party. Off-premise clubs or parties are a meet and greet, followed by a pre-arranged ‘hands-on’ session afterward, at another location, usually a hotel or a home. Club Sinz is not on-premise or off-premise (though we do hope you will leave with someone), we are strictly a meet and greet, which we feel is important since it gives lifestyle members a chance to mingle in a low-pressure, but highly sexual atmosphere.

Is there nudity at Club Sinz?

At Sinz at Wicked in MA - topless is permitted in the Wicked Lounge ONLY. At Club Sinz in NH - No. Period. If anyone violates this rule by exposing anything more than would be exposed on a public beach they will be removed from the club (and we’re not talking about a clothing-optional beach). Club Sinz is a ‘soft’ environment (for lack of a better term). This means that we exist solely as place for lifestyle members to meet others, dance, flirt and in general enjoy each others company in a sensual environment. Cub Sinz does not allow overt sexual activities. That is not say that we don’t have fun! Flirting is definitely encouraged, as is dancing, kissing, touching, etc.

Does Club Sinz have a dress code?

YES. Have FUN and dress to impress. Instead of a strict dress code we simply encourage our members to put a little thought into their attire for the evening. Remember, first impressions count. Girls, wear the shorter skirt, or those shoes you wouldn’t dare wear in public. Guys, get out the black silk shirt, and nice shoes. One note, as you will have to walk outside to enter the club you may wish to wear a wrap or change within the Club.

What type of music do you play?

What type do you want to hear? We have an extensive library of music, so feel free to make your request. As our general age range is 33 to mid-50’s we usually start the night out with some 70-80s standards and see what happens from there.

Can you smoke at Club Sinz?

Club Sinz has a smoking area. We allow cigarette, pipe and cigar smoking in our lounge but not on the dance floor.

We are members, can we bring a guest(s)?

Members are allowed to bring guests, however please tell us ahead of time that they are coming. This allows us to maintain a reasonable headcount of each party. Also, your guests may arrive separately but must leave with you. Couple members may bring as many female guests as they wish, or one other couple. Single males may not be guests under any circumstances. Guest couples are required to pay a cover charge.

You have a full bar?

Yes. We offer a vast selection of vodkas, scotches, cocktails, six varieties of draft beer, and many selections of wine. Please enjoy all in moderation, drunkenness will not be tolerated.

What is your drug policy?

Club Sinz has an absolute zero tolerance policy for drugs. Anyone found using drugs or having drugs in their possession will be reported to the authorities and have their membership revoked. There are no warnings. I have a personal vendetta against drugs. Anyone attempting to enter who appears to be intoxicated or otherwise impaired will be turned away. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason. Our bartenders have the right to refuse you beverage service at anytime for any reason. Club Sinz prides itself on maintaining a safe, clean, low-pressure environment for its patrons.
